Exciting News: New Apartment Building Coming Soon!

We are thrilled to announce the addition of a new 5-storey apartment building featuring 111 units to our Rental Community. Construction is set to begin in 2025, with the building ready for move-in by Late 2026.

After extensive planning and design, this new apartment complex will complement our recently built townhomes. This expansion aims to provide a more diverse range of living options for young families, young professionals, and retired or semi-retired seniors who are looking for a vibrant and welcoming environment.
